Love how easy the whole process is and how i don’t have to go to DMV at all because CarMax handled it all.
This company USED TO be good. Mechanics are still solid with how they inspect them but they could care less about the body. They claim dents, dings, scratches meet their standards. BUYER BEWARE; Be thorough inspecting the vehicle before purchase, cause if they can screw you, they will. Just like any other car dealer. I'm a repeat customer too and was hoping for the same quality customer service I received last time, ...I didn't get it.
