I sold a 2006 Honda Pilot. The only issue was that I was not able to fully describe the car and the one safety issue adequately. Next time I will schedule an in-person review with a technician. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
Last year, my old car was making concerning noises and I went to CarMax to get a new one. The car I chose was a 2014 Chevy Equinox. When I got it, they told me the only issues with it was that the ball joint might need to be replaced, but that would be inexpensive to even free if I brought it in before 90 days if it presented any issues. They lie about the paperwork and never told me they charge me for warranty after I told them more then once I didn't want it.
No hassle and totally stress free. I wasn’t keen on the car I picked out online, but Chyna was gracious and helpful in finding me a different one.
