I had a bad bad experience in Carmax Gaithersburg unfortunately , my husband and I don't speak English very well, so we asked for someone who spoke Spanish. That turned out to be a very bad decision; he was extremely rude to us because someone else had started our transaction, and he had to finish it because the other person went off to eat. I would never shop there again.
I would never buy a used vehicle from CarMax! I purchased a BRAND NEW car (lower trim package) for $5k LESS than their car with 7k miles and enough damage to think the cars been around for over 15years when it was only 5 years old. Rip off!! Lowered to a 1* for their useless ai response
The process was painless. We were ready to sell our old car and the online process of inputting my cars details was quick, the amount CarMax would buy it for was fair, and bringing in all my required forms made the day of drop off a breeze!
