I inherited a brand new car I went to the original dealership where the car was purchased, carvana and we buy cars.com. CarMax gave me the highest price and a check within 40 minutes. I highly recommend selling your car to CarMax and when I'm in need of a new minivan I will go there for my first stop.

I sold my car at CarMax recently. The best part was how fast the appraisal process was. They had me pull up, checked the car, and gave me an offer within about 30 minutes. The offer itself was fair, and in line with what I had seen online, which I appreciated. The actual payment process was also smooth. I had the check in hand the same day. Very bad place to do business. The sellers are very bad at customer service, and the return policy works, but the sellers don't want to help you afterward because they say it's free. I mean, it's not the customer's fault that the car comes out with mechanical defects, and they shouldn't treat customers contemptuously.
