My experience was great. In and out in less than an hour with selling my card to them
Worst 1st time Experience! I don't know if I am the only one. I don't know if it was my appearance or I was not attractive enough. What I know was I went to this carmax interested in buying a car for the 1st time. And, the experience I had was nothing pleasant. A room full of employees no one greeted me or walked up to me.
