Very smooth buying experience.
I did my offer to sell online and received my offer right away. I had a week to accept the offer but let it run out because I forgot to list my upgraded Bose system. I then did another one with the Bose system listed and made an appointment to have my vehicle picked up. After I made the second online listing my offer went down by $100 even with the upgraded system listed. Carmax says they do not charge to pick up vehicles but why did my offer go down when I requested for it to be picked up? I think this is false advertisemen... read more
