I'm so impressed at how fast and simple buying a car is at CarMax. I did all of the preliminary paperwork online and when I got to the dealership, it only took about an hour to complete the deal. This was including a test drive of my car. Shanese, the sales associate who helped me, was wonderful. If I ever purchase another vehicle, I will definitely go back to CarMax.
Trash car dealership! They sold me a Hyundai Tucson that had an engine die and need a replacement within 12 hours. The car I selected in place of that car had a blown head gasket and a radio/bluetooth that doesn’t function properly that’s been on “back order” since I showed them video proof of it malfunctioning last year. They DO NOT inspect these vehicles before selling. Subaru recommended a whole new engine for the car, and Carmax slapped a bandaid on it and told Subaru they didn’t want to do that.
