Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience here. The service was initially fine, but when they took our car back for an appraisal, the technician somehow broke my sunglasses that I had left in the car. When we got in our car, I found them on the center console, severely broken. We walked back in and I talked with the sales manager honestly likely only looking for an apology. Janet is a very bad salesman extremely rude and disrespectful and very obtrusive with things and the rest of the coworkers were pointing me and my girlfriend out and making fun of us and bullying us for being there for the second time to purchase a vehicle and this was our first time buying a vehicle and they made it 10 times harder when I have to be and very stressful and at the end, I drove one hour and 25 minutes with my identification card and I didn’t have my drivers license on me at the time and she said it will be com... read more
