Went in to buy a Kia Carnvial. Our sales guy, Ian, was awesome. Helpful, kind, and found good solutions to our few problems that we brought to the table. The minivan is just what we wanted. Our perfect family car. I was surprised by how fair and honest this company is. Idk why anyone would go anywhere else besides Carmax. New cars are way overpriced. Thank you, Vancouver Carmax. You guys made my wife and I's month, easily!
Appointment ended early due to employee lunch breaks. I made a 4:00 appointment and arrived on time. CarMax was having computer problems, so my test drive started about 20 minutes late, which I understood. Dillon then handed me off to Colin Giberson so he could go to lunch.
