Did not disclose there was one key till after sale was completed and the sales manager was rude and offered no help. No explanation on a single key listed anywhere or disclosed. Car had less then 5k miles. Terrible business practices not disclosing the expense items.
I had the best experience at CarMax on line and and an even better experience in person at CarMax in Vancouver Washington. They are some amazing people, and a special shout out to Nick. Thank you CarMax for making my dreams come true by financing me for my dream van.

I received a quote through Edmunds. I contacted CarMax and got an appointment the same day. Upon my arrival they were aware I was coming and there was no waiting. Stephen explained the process and after a short test drive, etc. to examine my vehicle, he presented me with the offer. The entire process was seamless and hassle free. I would highly recommend CarMax.
