I worried that selling my car would be a nightmare, but it was just the opposite at CarMax. From the online quote, to the experience at the Hillside location, it was efficient and fair. The employees were professional. The location was spotless. After they looked at my car, they said it was as I described and the online quote would be honored (Note: I honestly represented the car's condition). No haggling; No trying to drive down the offer. Overdue review but my dad and I stopped by CarMax a couple weeks ago in hopes of getting a new car. Originally we were going to Carvana but due to an error we ended up at CarMax in Hillside. Upon arrival we were greeted with a huge smile and immediate assistance by Tahji. Throughout our entire time there, Tahji was patient, charismatic, helpful and went above and beyond for us.
