In some ways, my Carmax experience was out of this world fantastic, and in other ways, very disappointing. Like Talisha (another recent reviewer), when I showed up the car was not accurately described. She had issues where the features didn't match up with what was on the car - I drove in from out of state only to find out that the condition of the car was worse than described - dings, scratches, scuffs, etc. None of them documented.
