Everything was handled in less then 2 hours great service
Read up online what CarMax helps the customers with when “before” purchasing a vehicle and after u purchased it. They won’t help u unless u tell them a concern before purchasing or after the purchase. I gave a 4 star cus I had to go back forth like 7 times putting unwanted miles on my recent purchased vehicle and cus got a little resistance from the managers on some repairs but in the end it was good. SMH. Phew!!
Michael was attentive and very professional. The young lady who gave me my check was very polite. She valued my time. I can tell customer service is your main business. No wonder you’re highly recommended.
