This store is a laughing joke and everyone at this location is not experienced in the car business ! I was in and out in 30 mins. Both of the reps I worked with were extremely helpful and made the process super easy. I had to sign 2 documents and do my 15 min test drive. 95% of the paper work I was able to do over email.
I am still blown away by how amazing and effortless the process was, along with the excellent customer service I received when selling my car. I was able to complete everything online ahead of time, which made my in person appointment take less than 30 mins. I highly recommend selling your car or even buying one through Carmax
