CarMax is what it is. There’s no haggling over price. The “sales staff” don’t work on commission. You walk in, pick out your vehicle, test drive, and then start paperwork. Yet, somehow it STILL took us almost 4 hours to drive off the lot with our “nee” truck. We already had financing so it was literally just waiting for paperwork. It was a frustrating experience and I would have hoped the process would have been a bit more streamlined than what it was. That being said, we love our vehicle and the staff were courteous.
Great service from the salespeople at Carmax of Wilmington. They patiently guided me through the purchasing process. In addition they explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Carmax of Wilmington
