Multiple issues. Lack of communication regarding when to pick my car up from the service department and they didn't leave a registration card in the glove box so now I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get one.
Sales people were friendly but not well informed on current models. Poor communication throughout the entire sales transaction. I still have not been called to install the tires as promised when I made my purchase.
My experience was one of the most positive I've had at a car dealership. Lou (Louise), the associate who handled the sale of my Subaru Impreza, was kind, respectful, efficient, and professional. The speed with which the transaction was done was remarkable. I was pleasantly surprised.

I can't remember the last time I had such a positive transaction -- the offer matched what I was told online. No hassles at all. I actually look forward to the next time I have to sell a car now, ha!
