Smooth and easy transaction. I had an offer in writing from them on what they were going to offer for my vehicle with an appointment scheduled and I was out of there within 45 minutes with a check.

I sold my vehicle in preparation for purchasing a new one. CarMax offered me almost $2000 more than the dealership offered me as a trade in. CarMax's process for me to sell them my car was well organized and smooth. Just be sure you bring all the necessary documents with you to facilitate the sale. In less than an hour, I was leaving CarMax with a cashier check in hand. I would recommend at least getting an offer from CarMax before trading at a dealership or selling privately.

Sold a Honda Accord to CarMax. They gave us a great price - considerably better than the Honda dealer and Carvanna. Our rep, Donnie, was friendly and professional. I would definitely consider CarMax again, when selling a car
