1st time using a platform like carmax. Had a new guy helping me out so he needed assistance. However he was humble, and I was patient. I sold my car to carmax and used the funds as a down payment towards a new vehicle. Smoothest car transaction process ever. Would use carmax again.
We just sold our vehicle here. Easiest car deal ever and they paid top dollar. Our representative was awesome and explained the process thoroughly. Highly recommend dealing with these folks.
After being a customer of CarMax for over 20+ years, I can no longer support them and need to spread the word. Please do not go to CarMax for a new vehicle. Reference my Sterling, VA review for a full idea of why. And Do NOT purchase the extended warranty as CarMax Plus or whatever it is now is a variety of 3rd party companies that CarMax wipes clean of their reliability and doesn't tell you it's not them that provides this warranty in the purchasing of the vehicle. DO NOT GO TO CARMAX.
