I can't be really sure if all my problems were from this location. I will tell you that I finished the online application and they tried to give me a 13.68% rate. I was amazed because my credit is almost perfect. I called to get clarification on maybe this was a mistake and the person gave me a bunch of word soup to try to make it sound reasonable but I have enough intellect and knowledge about credit to know it was just word games.
