As soon as we walked in Aaron welcomed us in and took care of us from A to Z. Overall great service and made buying a car so easy he thoroughly explained everything and we were in and out in about an hour. No pushy sales tactics. Just great customer service.
Carmax as a company is great. Typically they're very helpful, responsive, and work with us through the entire process. This location is lacking. There were several complications which were not Carmax's fault, but their communication throughout this entire process has been a nightmare. In my experience, this service department answers the phone maybe 25% of the time. Even if you get someone to pick up the phone it is highly likely your assigned service rep isn't available.
