I had a really bad experience with this Car Max and unfortunately it has continued to carry over. I had purchased from a different Car Max before & had such a good experience I figured I would again. I was wrong. My salesman didn't want to listen to me when I told him I wanted certain options, ie 4WD. He kept insisting AWD would do. I am from WV and know to get to my parents house I have to have 4WD.
