Checked in for a walk-inappraisal, was told it would be half-hour to an hour wait, they took my phone number and told me they’d give me a call. waited almost 2 hours before going back up for a status update only to be “checked in again” Would not recommend this place unless you need to waste time

Ordered a car online in September and paid 2000 for shipping a week later carmax said my car was in next day they said it was an error so then 10/7 comes and a manager says the car was delivered to the wrong store but it's there now and will be done 10/10 today comes 10/15 and I get a email saying my order is canceled but no refund so I call and all they try to do is up sell me cars that are 15000 to 20000 more and want me to pay another 2000 to ship so I say no and want my money back after several times saying no they said ... read more
