I used to sing the praises of this CarMax, but, we purchased a Ford Escape last year and recently went to have our brake pads replaced, only to be told that they couldn't get the tires off because they had tire locks on them. Never having tire locks in the past, we didn't even know this was a thing you COULD have. When we purchased the car we were not informed of this, nor were we given the tire unlock tool! From the first time I walked thru the doors and Eric took my car that I was looking to sell for a "fast" drive around to Tim who finalized the deal a few days later it was a fantastic experience - Fast friendly professional service from start to finish! You may get a little less than if You were to sell your vehicle Yourself But it takes all the hassles of selling it on your own away and you dont have to worry about dealing with tire kickers coming to your house -
