I initially purchased a jeep grand Cherokee but it had mechanical issues. I wasn’t worried because this is my second time going through Carmax and I didn’t have any issues with my first purchase so the jeep was probably a one off. When the jeep malfunctioned I called the store to explain and they told me to come in for an exchange. The exchange process was smooth and the managers were very nice.
