Buying the car was easy and smooth. The greeting is what all of us still talk about when someone asks us about “Carmax?”. My brother, sister and I went to the showroom 10 minutes before our scheduled time and yet waited one hour before we could be seen. Twice we were told how very sorry they were for the wait, always stating they has 37 appointment on the afternoon of our visit.
