Exceptional experience. Extremely easy and fast from submitting information on line and getting quote to dropping off vehicle and leaving with check in hand 25 minutes later. Do not hesitate if you are on the fence about selling your car to car max rochester. Online offer was exactly what I got at drop off no questions asked. I will start by saying- I am happy w my car - but Carmax employees need better training- almost every person I encountered had ZERO people skills & their Customer Service is lacking on every level. In total - I made 3 trips to the Carmax Henrietta location for the same car -on each trip I met w a different rep -there is no dedicated sales rep appointed - basically first come first serve. I'd have to say the buying process was pretty straightforward and simple. The staff I worked with to complete my purchase was great, I believe Rhys was his name. I do have a few gripes with CarMax, one being I had a car shipped in with zero damage reported on the website, but when it got here, there were scratches in the paint, they did a shoddy job filling a chip in the middle of the windshield, after a few days of driving I realized there was a pretty substantial leak in the tire, I filled twice in 3 days then got it patch... read more
