We were buying a minivan, knew exactly what we wanted.The staff was great.Very friendly and knowledgeable.There were only 2 of the brand we wanted but still chose one and are very happy.Paperwork was very easy to do and they helped a great deal.
My experience with carmax was not great but not bad either. hence three stars. The car collection is great, the sales guys are decent. Prices are fixed. so when they say no haggle, its really that.
I was skeptical to go here, but my experience wasn't bad in terms of the deal I got there. The only issue was the initial wait, but that wasn't too bad given the number of people there. Once we accepted the deal, it was easy and smooth to finish it off.
TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!! I bought a 2007 dodge caravan with only 25000 mi back in Jan 2011 and I have had to take the car in 4 times to fix the sliding doors since they couldn't fix it right the first time. Then when I took my car into the dealership to get a regular service since I live in ventura county, Burbank is like an hour away and I have a 1 yr old (that's why we bought a mini van).
