So very easy to deal with, everyone is just so polite
Started out as a smooth process. The car I was interested in was delivered to my location. Love the Genesis GV70. HOWEVER, there was no mention anywhere that a smoker previously owned this car. I cannot smell it, do to having had COVID 3 times! But my passengers sure do smell it. CarMax will do nothing to help. VERY DISAPPOINTED .
Tried to get it money back from Max care. Because Max care did not help fix my vehicle. Both times it broke down and they sent me to 5 or 6 different places that kept saying nope, we don't honor maxcare. I sold the vehicle and I went back to get the money from Max care back and they would not give me money back to when I sold the vehicle only to when I walked through their doors. I will never, ever shop here again.
