It was very pleasant,the dealer did almost all of the work,I still had to do a little signing.Car was clean fueled and ready by the time I finished.It was the first time that I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership to buy my car.The shipping across the state to my closest dealership took a little time ,a week,but that saved me even more money.Great place to do business
