Great experience! I found a vehicle online, it was located in a CarMax dealership in Texas. They transferred the vehicle to CarMax Bradenton in 5 days and it was only $600, whereas other shipping companies quoted 1200-1800 for the same route. Upon arrival to pick up the car I was helped by Lexi, she was very friendly and professional. There were absolutely no hidden fees, I only had to pay a $600 processing fee/dealer fee, most dealerships in Florida will charge you 3-4k in dealer fee and other hidden fees. I had a great experience dealing with Carmax in Bradenton, specifically With Mark K. My Mini Cooper was being shipped from Plano, TX and I was having trouble getting info on the status. Once I connected with Mark, he kept me updated daily and called me when my car arrived, even though Carmax sends an automated text when your car is ready for pickup.
