Carmax cars are overpriced garbage. their 125 point inspection is crap, you need to take their cars to a third party inspection, their finance is outrageous, they pray on the poor and uninformed. Their service department is incompetent. if you buy a Maxcare warranty you better read what is covered, and sometimes they do not even take Maxcare customers and send you to a dealer, shouldn't Maxcare customers take priority.
