Love my car and the no hassle buying experience
Fair payment, quick, easy process
I called for information about my car's warranty, and the man who answered the phone was rude and sarcastic. I said I was calling to see if my car had an extended warranty, and he replied, "well, did you BUY a warranty when you bought the car?" This tone continued for the rest of the conversation. When he informed me there was no warranty, he hung up without offering any direction on next steps.
Purchased a 2020 Dodge Durango and loved how the customer service is very attentive and helpful when you walk in. Lily, Ron, & Nahomy were kind and helpful but the MVP of this process is….LILY!.
