Don't waste your time trying to sell your car at this place. They offer an extremely low price for my car compared to other dealers. Told me there was an accident on this car, when I know for a fact there wasn't because we are the only onwer. The guy who helped us was not great at customer service, he was monotone for the whole interaction. Seem like he didn't want to be there, ran to his desk, got on his phone right after ginving the offer. I had to remind him for our key. Charles is an amazing person, he made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the buying process and let us test drive a vehicle so we could ship in a similar one with similar miles. He also met us on his day off when the vehicle came in so we could get the new family car right away. It was by far one of the easiest and best car buying experiences I've ever experienced.
Everything about CarMax was absolutely fantastic. The online process took minutes, when I went into the location to confirm the offer again only took a few minutes and they gave me the best offer. I decided to wait a couple of days and they happily let me know that the offer would be valid for few more days.
