Only issue was delay in obtaining the vehicle due to CarMax in another state recording VIN incorrectly. Resulted in a two week delay while state DMV corrected things. Otherwise, very pleased.
Business office was very efficient and friendly. Great staff. Will buy our next vehicle at CarMax
Great experience. The quote I received after entering my vehicle's information on the website was where I hoped it would be. After taking it in for the vehicle to be evaluated, I was surprised and happy that I was offered the amount of the original quote. After signing paperwork, I was given a check for the agreed upon amount. Everything went smoothly and the person I dealt with in the Business Office was very professional.
