Bought a 2019 ram 1500 big horn. I had it shipped from Indianapolis City Indiana. The shipping took over a week. When it got there they were supposed to do a 125+ point inspection after it gets off the shipping truck before they can sell it. So when it arrives they tell me I can get it the next day. The one star missing is for incomplete information on the website. The imperfections did not cover a small spot of cosmetic rust, did not cover a dent in the front bumper. If that dent is according to CarMax standards then I believe they have very low standards. The interior imperfection was also not captured. So after paying the shipping fee to find out about all this in person felt like a scam. They do not install OE parts so beware of that, it may be a cheap replacement from FCP euro for all you know, so get ready to spen... read more
