Great car buying experience. Vehicle was as described online and in photos. No surprises. Entire staff was friendly and helpful and I was treated with hellos at every turn. Sales rep was helpful and not the typical used car sales person. Transaction went smoothly thru the entire buying process

This is the third time in 10 years I and/or my wife have purchased a vehicle through CARMAX. It is so much easier than going through a Dealer. Janice, the Sales Rep that assisted us, was fantastic. She patiently explained every aspect of the process. She is "value-added" for the Jackson TN CARMAX. The range of potential vehicles available for purchase is exceptional.
