Purchased a Acura MDX at Jackson location and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Customer service zero! 125+ inspection zero,! My first and last purchase with CarMax. Update felt like I needed to give a little backstory without being long-winded. I ordered the car online it was transferred to Jackson they supposedly do a 125 point inspection and then they call you when the car is ready.
