The salesman Tim helped my son make his purchase today I was just there as a cosigner but I will tell you that Tim was an excellent salesman he answered any and all questions he was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend this CarMax location to anyone who may be looking for a vehicle because the vehicle that my son got was outstanding

Came in to surrender my vehicle… they gave me the meanest looks and no one was willing to help unless I was buying a car. Dealer went to a few different representatives and they brushed me off instantly. Very unprofessional, made me feel so small
