NEVER buy their warranty. Never shop here at all, but if you do, never buy their warranty. This place is the biggest scam on earth. I purchased a $4,000 full warranty that my sales person assured would cover EVERYTHING. 12 months later I’m over $5,000 in repair costs for things like a new throttle body. Things that should be covered. Carmax is nothing but liars and scammers.
Bought a car there in February. Very happy with it I really like Mike in service Department because I take my other Jeep there too. Labor is a little higher than most places but they have good prices on fluid changes.
I was forced into getting another car when mine was stolen and totaled. I didn't expect to really get anything cause I was down on funds and luck. Ethan helped guide me to my options and showed me I wasn't doing as bad as I thought- really good dude. The manager there also was super understanding with my issues of payment and was very patient allowing me the time to get my ducks in a row. Been loving this car more than my last one. Great team of people here.
