Lexi at the Lindbergh location is the best! I called Carmax in a panic a few days ago after finding out that my car was totaled. I was connected with Lexi and first of all, she put me at ease and was so understanding and compassionate about my situation. Fair and smooth transaction selling my truck!
I bought a car here last April (so less than a year and a half ago) and have had an issue with an oil leak SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR. I had been taking to to the dealership for all its maintain since buying it except for one oil change my dad did for me when I first got the car because it again had leaked all the oil out. Update: after months of arguing and sending to the BBB, Carmax has changed the reasoning to their denial. They finally confessed the scuff mark wasn’t the reason for the failed headlight now it’s because of a broken seal. The broken seal they don’t know if it was broken prior to us buying it. We called less than a month after purchasing the vehicle (within the 30 day warranty) and I showed them call logs that we called in April.
