Definitely come in ready to make a move. They don't hold vehicles and they don't negotiate on trade in value or sale price. When i first arrived, I was told to wait outside in the middle of July only to come back inside. Overall, my saleswoman was efficient and got me in the vehicle I wanted, even staying right up to closing time, and even helped address a couple onsvure concerns i noticed with the vehicle.
