If I could I would give them no stars. They lie! They tell you that your approved. You sign all the paper work and a week late they call and say your not approved and to bring it back. How can they stay in business. That is just wrong to do people that way. Stay way from Carmax. I am putting this one everything so people know.

Myself and wife was looking for a vehicle, We went to Carmax on Glenwood Ave. We were looking at vehicles when approached by a Salesman, My wife wanted a specific car, We had one transferred from Virginia Beach, VA. It took nearly a week, It had Lower mileage and was a Convertible, So we went to Carmax to sign the papers, Put our down payment on it, Done everything that we were requested, Even got approved for The loan, Well we sat down in the Business office, Started the paperwork process, Then was interrupted by the Salesm... read more

I purchased a 2010 Nissan Maxima from Car Max in Raleigh NC on Glenwood avenue, within 4 months I needed a jump to and from work, found it was my battery. I called spoke with the general manager Dedric Brooks who told me the service department closes at 6:30 so I began to head over, then he tells me they close at 6:00 and my Max care warranty doesn't cover battery, that's something I need to take care of on my own.
