The experience was easy. I worked with an agent that helped me find the right car for me . After that , I wanted for the car to be delivered to my location. They contacted me when the car was in and I went to take it for a test drive. After deciding on the car I went through the process of providing my information they instructed me to provide. Mike and Yolanda in service are some of the most amazing people I have ever worked with. This review is less for CarMax and more for Dennis, the sales associate assigned to me. Our second time meeting, his first words to me were, "are you allowed to buy a car without your boyfriends?"
