Great experience fast and easy process
After being a customer of CarMax for over 20+ years, I can no longer support them and need to spread the word. Please do not go to CarMax for a vehicle. Reference my Sterling, VA review for a full idea of why. And Do NOT purchase the extended warranty as CarMax Plus or whatever it is now is a variety of 3rd party companies that CarMax wipes clean of their reliability and doesn't tell you it's not them that provides this warranty in the purchasing of the vehicle. DO NOT GO TO CARMAX.
Bought my car in Feb 2025 still no issues all I have to worry about is a oil change I got my car at 14,000 miles I’ve had no issues at all it runs smooth still seems brand new thanks to Lamont will be coming back for my birthday I love carmax I went from buying used cars that comes with tons of issues from auto mart to buying something worth it from carmax thanks thanks thanks btw the don’t reset engine lights and resale cars they actually sale good new and used cars that won’t have you on the side of the road
This is our second buying experience at Carmax in Charleston. Both times we were very happy with the customer service, the quality of vehicle, and the aftercare.
