This was my first time doing business with CarMax and at first, I was doubtful about their no negotiation policy but found it to be true and in the end, helpful. My sales rep was outstanding and explained everything in detail. I will definitely shop there again

My expectations was not met at your place of business, didn't test drive but two cars,which I saw 4 car's i wanted test drive,l felt like your company Employee's in wait areas,where not one person Smile at us while they walk by us,not one said goodmorning .Noone offered us bottle water. Some of the SRV car's i look at was too high price, family size car,s.My experience was not a good one..

I would give this place ZERO stars if that were an option. The service department is an absolute joke. I’ve called multiple times trying to schedule an appointment, but since I work a 9–5, I don’t have the luxury of sitting around at CarMax all day waiting. To make matters worse, I bought my car from another CarMax location out of town, and when my check engine light came on, I brought it here.
