I wanted a different car shipped but they wanted almost $1,600 to ship (it was non-refundable) and I couldn't seem to get any clear concise pictures of the vehicle before paying such a dollar amount to have it shipped, the pictures online were blurry.. so, I had shipped a different vehicle for $299 (non-refundable) said it would arrive on such a such a day. I want to formally document that I was contacted by CarMax, and I was told that they are not responsible and will not repair my vehicle. I have a copy of the document your staff tried to make me sign, stating that I brought the vehicle in this condition and that I would be responsible for inspection and repair costs, which is completely false.
