The salesman was overall helpful. A couple issues may or may not have been in his control-so meh. I was initially told there was a 90 day warranty. Then, over the weekend, it went to 30. I researched the make, model and year and had a hard time getting info on a maintenance question. Also, the 'new' tires installed on the vehicle were super cheap and likely not a safe solution for my declared use.

Shout out to Andrew, Christian, and Nate. They did an amazing job taking care of my husband and I. They made the whole experience smooth. We changed our mind on the first car we picked. They went above and beyond to accommodate us during the transition period. We got the car my husband really wanted!!! Great experience. Would recommend Carmax to anyone. 10 out of 10!
