Fast and easy with no hassle
Went in with online offer of 4,700 and their actual offer was only 700. Total waste of time. The major deduction was because of baseplate for flat towing behind motorhome that was professional installed "may have" been drilled into the frame. They didn't even look to see if it was.

This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a 2018 Mazda 3 and found one at the Des Moines CarMax. I drove a few hours to come see it and once seeing the vehicle it was dirty on the inside, crackers and silverware still laying around the floor. It looked like they didn't even try.
