At the beginning of my vehicle searching process I didn’t have a good experience with Carmax Kenner but as soon as I got my vehicle shipped to Carmax Baton Rouge my experience changed for the better. My sales team (Ryan and Greg(manager)) and everyone working there was super sweet and helpful. They made my process so smooth I left there 100% satisfied with my purchase. I had better customer service over the phone than the store. Dominique that works in the store was great, but I only spoke with her on the phone. Her shift was over before I got there.. I didn’t really had the best experience inside, it wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great either. I truly appreciate Dominique!! She went over and beyond.
