Thomas “the purchasing manager” was so rude all dealers should stay far away from him ! He denied any issue with a car that was sold to me in Auction and refused arbitration and now the engine has blown up and he is disinterested in helping or even admitting he was wrong! He’s unprofessional, unkind, and dishonest!
The test drive was very nice because I was allowed to drive by myself to my house to ensure the car would fit in my garage. The overall experience was extremely quick compared to most dealerships. No issues.
The Best Service, less than 15 minutes wait time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
