What is the purpose of making an appointment when a customer has to wait for one hour. If more people show up in walk then it’s not the person with appointment fault, can’t you manger walk in a way so that people with appointments don’t have to wait, don’t you think scheduling appointments should not be that messed up in 2025 ??
I had a horrible experience at the service department with Christian . Didn’t have a loaner car didn’t wanna give me a loaner said he would have to get the car diagnosed first before giving me a loaner then said I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. It came out to $219. Didn’t want to explain my warranty coverages was rushing me to sign paperwork. I felt like it was a waste of time coming to Duarte carmax, I had made an appointment two weeks prior. I will never come back to this location for any services for my vehicle
