Went to look at a 2017 Honda civic. Terrible customer service, when asked questions the lady didn’t know any answers. Instead she told us that we’re wasting her time by asking her questions and told she left her kids cuz of us. Either do your job or stay home with ur kids. The car didn’t have an engine cover when asked about it she said these models don’t come with one when they actually do. Worst experience ever.
