We called CVH this afternoon, as our vet practice was closed for the weekend and we required an urgent appt, following our cat being in a cat fight. We were seen within an hour of calling by an OOH vet, who took great care of Fred. Exceptional team
Took our dog here last night as an emergency. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done to save her. Jess the vet was very caring and helpful. Then the decision had to be made about cremation. We told her we would take our dog to Sleepy Hollow (as we’ve done with our pets in the past). The vet and her assistant told me that they are no longer open. They told us a name of another place. Thank you. I can not thank the team enough for taking care of us and our dog Alfie. We were on holiday in New Quay when our 6 year old springer spaniel was attacked. We found two wounds on his neck from where the dog had bitten him. I contacted the veterinary centre, and immediately was given an appointment. It was a horrible experience to have our dog attacked.
