I visited this dealership today to inquire about a vehicle that I was interested in and dealt with Annette. Although that particular vehicle didn't work out, Annette explained everything very clearly to me and was a VERY pleasant person. I'm disabled and no spring chicken, and was just thrilled to see that old fashioned customer service is still alive and well! I'm in no rush for a vehicle, so I plan to wait until they get in exactly what I want and buy it there.
Great place to shop. Annette and Aaron are great people it was a blessing doing business with them. They got my family and I on the road in a great vehicle. Highly recommended parkway auto.
