Mixed feelings about my experiences at Parkway Auto. First experience was pretty good buying a Jeep even if they didn't disclose the air-conditioning not working and how expensive it would be to fix. I could live with that. They need to make a profit. I came back excited to buy a 2nd vehicle, but I am reminded it's about profit not people. Recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Annette at Parkway Auto. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. She was kind, professional, and very straightforward. No BS. Paperwork took very minimal time and she has gone above and beyond to work with my credit union. I definitely recommend and would work with them again!
