I woke up at 5:30 am and set off to find me a new vehicle after loosing my last on Thanksgiving 😢. I've Never bought a vehicle off lot in my life this is first time. She made the process easy and supported our desires to have our vehicle inspected by a 3rd party and showed real integrity when considering those results. The process here is clear and professional. I don’t normally leave reviews but for this place no not only tell me the truth about the big dealerships but I found out a little bit more about trading in values and more about numbers because of these guys I tried to come in today to get a to-coma but instead I am now more financially stable that’s to these guys on helping me with my payments this place dosnt have a lot of car no, but the information they told me about the cars on the lot, the price will make sense when you guys come stop by they are nothing but friendly ... read more
Annette was very helpful throughout my whole process. She was very flexible with times to check out the car i wanted and was very patient on the distance between my house and the dealership. I went and checked out a 2014 Lexus is250 and they gave me a great price for it. I’m very happy with my purchase and i would definitely go back to parkway auto if i had to buy another car. 10/10 experience!
