I have been with this group for several years now. I highly recommend their services. Always prompt, always follow up in a reasonable amount of time and never a problem with scheduling. Kim is a great administrative assistant and helps me solve any issues I have. My last practitioner there did leave abruptly, but Kim made sure I still received my services without any delay.
My original psychiatrist just up and left. The secretary is usually rude and has her vape on her desk—the waiting room usually smells of vape too, I have to wait for up to half an hour for a scheduled, quick appointment, and I never get calls back from them. I'm seeing a new psychiatrist from the location soon, I hope that my experience changes.
