Fantastic service and friendly staff. Thanks to the crew for getting us back on the road with a safe windscreen. Carman’s are the people to see if you’re in need of a chip repair or full windscreen replacement. They have plenty of stock on hand. We got a chip in our windscreen on our way to the central Australia and about 30 minutes out of Horsham. I contacted Carman’s and they told us to come straight in. I can't say enough about just how great everyone here was. From my initial call, to booking the car in & getting the repair done Belinda was wonderful. They dropped us off in Horsham & picked us up again when the job was done. It was done quicker than anticipated. The cost of the repair was NOT outrageous. They got the replacement window in really quick. Would I recommend them - absolutely.
Wow. A huge shout out to Cain from Carmans. After breaking down in Horsham - he opened the Avis office after hours to organise a car and connected us with a local mechanic in town, instead of towing us to Ballarat. All the while putting us at ease and taking care of all the little things that matter. A gentleman by any standard. Highly recommended.

If I could leave a 10-star rating I would! After getting a pretty big stone crack in my windscreen, Stephen was really reassuring and super helpful. He went above and beyond to source a replacement windscreen, so that I was safely back on the road the same day. I highly recommend Carman’s Windscreens for fast, professional and friendly service.
