I recently bought a used car at Carman (2 years old). I went back to Carman as I had purchased a car from them in 2016 and had a good experience…this time, not so much. First off, when I bought the car, my salesperson told me the brakes may need to be resurfaced, which sometimes happens when cars sit. Told me to drive the car for a week and if there are still issues, contact the Service department to repair. Varries in Labor rate, So it's not a stick price for jobs. Very Inconsistent and Down right bad business
I went in for my first oil change for my ford maverick 2024. Was quoted $90 and when it was finished they brought me a bill for $137. Because " it took more than they thought". I run a full service asphalt company and if we tell someone a price we have no right to almost double it because "it took more than we thought". Very unprofessional in my opinion when you do these every single day and you actually know the price. If you was up front we would not of had a problem, very unhappy.
