If I could leave 0 stars I would service is terrible and all of their blue certified used cars are junk don’t buy them service refuses to pay for parts that the used cars need and just pay the bare minimum to make the drivable and sellable. Management is very shady and like pocketing the bonuses every month instead of properly repairing their used cars… do not buy from Carman Ford or have your vehicle serviced there.
DO NOT USE WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH CARMEN FORD, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS NO MATTER HOW MUCH SPEND!!!!!!!
