Taylor got me in right away when I was having an issue with my extensions from a different install. She was extremely accommodating, kind and helpful. Super happy with my outcome after!!
I'm relisting my review. I called in to inquire about a listing they posted on an online job board. They asked me questions, to which I tried to answer, but they interrupted me several times before hanging up on me as I was talking. This is just not the behavior you want in a front-facing business, especially a salon. Treat anyone who calls your business with consideration and respect, regardless of who it is. This behavior was not congruent with the values you state on your site.
