This lady will waste your time. She talked a lot of irrelevant things about herself and when I finally got a chance to speak, she said to me, “you like to talk a lot.” I tried so hard to keep my professionalism with her and I did. Within the first 20 minutes told me that my marriage is doomed to fail. I have only been engaged for 2 months! By the end of the session she was suggesting that I quit coaching. Coaching those kids is a passion not a chore. Not only would 30 kids lose their coach, I would lose the only job that I am truly passionate about. This woman is so unprofessional. Granted my husband messed up with the billing and tri care information, but did not warrant this kind of treatment. This led her to speak to him as if he were stupid. She then called Tri care herself and started speaking loudly in the other room insinuating how stupid we were for wasting her time. I asked if we could pay her for her time and leave.
