My brake caliper was seizing and luckily this was the nearest shop near me at that time. Eric explained everything to me and stayed overtime to work on my car because I wanted it to be done fast if possible as I use my car to go to school. Plus points for updating me about the progress and doing other necessary stuff free of charge! Will definitely come back here again for my next car service!
I had gotten my heater fixed at another highly-rated mechanic in Richmond and I was happy at the time because of the inexpensive repair. They chose to repair rather than replace the part which they said would be labor intensive and cost in the thousands. A year later it broke. They said it wasn't covered by warranty since it was a repair, not a replacement, which cannot withstand the heater or aircon on full blast (which they did not mention the first time.)
