Do not go there they never answer the phone never call back and the service is horrible very rude do not waste your time. And they don’t teach nothing

Better off going else where. On my 3rd attempt of calling I finally got someone on the phone. She was very sweet and scheduled us an appointment, I felt good about the place. Boy was I wrong. Showed up for our appointment had to wait in the hallway and was let in the back after filling out paperwork. The PT did an evaluation on my child and gave us two exercises to do. Was told we would get a call to schedule another appointment after she spoke to the Doctor. Never received a call back and now we are at our recheck with the ... read more

My 2 year old daughter had the pleasure of working with Lisa Carlyle for occupational therapy. Lisa was the absolute best therapist for us. My daughter originally started OT for sensory issues and from the very beginning Lisa was so full of knowledge and information, giving me answers to all of my concerns and assuring me that she had experience and knowledge with everything my daughter was experiencing. Lack of communication is the reason why they get one star from me. I spoke to the receptionist 45 minutes before my appointment. She told me that she hadn’t received my referral and without it she would cancel my appointment. I called my pediatrician and requested for them to send the referral. My pediatrician sent the referral and I called down for 20 minutes straight and no one would pick up the phone to confirm whether or not they have received the referral.
