We stored our boat, inside storage with valet drop off and pick up for about 3 yrs. Over that time we learned a few things. I suggest, if you do business with them Take photos of your property each time to drop it and inspect it upon hook up for damage. I have random damage that’s likely a result of being hit while moving stuff in/out. As a boat owner, you know when ‘you did it’ because it SUCKS! Document your payments! We have stored both indoor and outdoor boat storage with Carlyle Stoage for many years and appreciate the attentive care in handling of our boat. Having manager living on-site elevates the already safe environment. Highly recommend
I just pulled my boat out of indoor storage for the summer and I was amazed at how clean it was. I have gotten excellent service and response time from Dee and Sean. I highly recommend Carlye Storage.
I would highly recommend not using this storage facility. Our camper was stolen from here and they allegedly only keep “5 days footage” from their cameras. We weren’t offered any refunds for their negligence for not paying attention to what is going on. Also to note, their property manager made a statement to the police saying that my husband told him that we do not remember where we put the camper. The camper has sat there since the day it was brought into their facility.
