Pet hair beware! I moved into a unit at The Ridge that had extensive pet hair and dander throughout the apartment — along carpet edges, baseboards, window sills, inside most cabinets, the bathtub, the utility closet, and even inside the microwave. There was also cat litter embedded in one bedroom carpet, to the point that it sounded like gravel when vacuuming.
