I think Carlyle’s maintenance gives him the bad rep honestly. He’s been so good to us while we’ve rented from him! He has literally personally came out and fixed an issue we were having. I’d pick him over those other people who have started renting next to Walmart on the east end. Their management was horrible.
Very quick process from application to move in. Everyone I have spoken to from their office and maintenance have been very nice and helpful. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been resolved on the same day. Great overall experience thus far.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. Living at Carlyle Property Apartments has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. Once your lease is signed, it’s money hunger people from there on out. Maintenance issues take forever to be addressed, if they’re handled they scrub something up and say it’s fixed and then you’re having the same issue in 10 days.
