Definitely the worst landlord company and property group you can ever rent from. My air-conditioning unit has been out in my apartment since Friday morning and it is now Sunday morning and they have refused to do anything. They won’t bring us fans. They won’t do anything to help us and told us that the HVAC company won’t be here until Tuesday, they said that we hope your dog doesn’t die in the meantime.

I absolutely would NOT recommend even trying to get one of their properties! I am a working mother of 5, I make over 6K a month with a PERFECT rental history! I was denied an apartment at the reserve AND the Villas both! The reserve was 4 bedrooms, the Villas was 3 I think, still, plenty big enough for my kids and myself! STILL DENIED!!!! I would absolutely NOT recommend renting from Carlyle PERIOD!!!!

I think Carlyle’s maintenance gives him the bad rep honestly. He’s been so good to us while we’ve rented from him! He has literally personally came out and fixed an issue we were having. I’d pick him over those other people who have started renting next to Walmart on the east end. Their management was horrible.

Very quick process from application to move in. Everyone I have spoken to from their office and maintenance have been very nice and helpful. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been resolved on the same day. Great overall experience thus far.
