1. They will promise you one thing and renege on it. For example, they promised that the $500 admin fee will be credited against the next month rent. Well, turns out they only do it for "longer" leases. But they knew what my lease was when making this promise. 2. The apartments are gorgeous! The amenities are top-notch! The staff and maintenance are amazing! We are a block from the metro and close to downtown Alexandria. I am more than please with this complex and HIGHLY recommend it!
