Super location across the street from Metro and a well managed property! Friendly and helpful concierge team and very responsive maintenance team. No smoking building was a bonus when I moved in a few months ago so the building smells clean and feels new. Great SE view from the East Tower.
Love living here, the staff is great. Building and apartment units are beautiful and well kept.
Highly recommend avoiding this location. The staff is one of the most incompetent group of people I have ever engaged with. They are rude, belittling, and continually fail to update the residents on matters inside the building. The greatest asset this building has its proximity to the metro, but I assure you there are far better apartments in the area. Beyond the staff issues, the building itself is wretched. The lowest rent in the area and there is a reason for that honestly. Lots of jackhammer noise over the past few years due to "improvement work" and security is definitely bad. We've been stolen 3 bikes in the residence in the course of 2 years. Anyone can get in the building basically, and the landlord is "not liable" visibly security is not a topic for them. Installing security cameras? They prefer to build a pet spa that no one uses. Have a real lock in the bike cage? They prefer to repaint the lobby. So you should add to ... read more
Constant indoors construction, hot water stoppages, fire alarms going off, lack of access to the gym and club room due to construction, increased rent. More hot water disruption the week of 24 March. Elevator broken a lot of the time.
