My package has gone missing in the package room. Package notification emails are super slow. No notification email 12 hours after delivery.
On Saturday, maintenance stopped by and said there was a leak upstairs, and proceeded to drill a hole in the ceiling of my shower. We’ve been here 3 1/2 months now. Giving 4 instead of 5 stars so far because I never give anything a perfect rating, but overall my partner and I are very happy. Here’s my experience so far. Application/Approval: Robert from the leasing office deserves recognition. We had a very short timeframe to apply for the lease and arrange move-in due to waiting on the contingencies of our home sale to complete, and Robert got us in with zero issue.
