This place is one of the worst Condo buildings in the Area.IT is totally mismanaged. by an incompetent HOA board. and a management group called Castle Group . they just cant get anything right. they're answer to problems is keep hitting up the Unit Owners with more assessments, The place is a money pit full of building problems, Hope this isn't. another Surfside..Many Owners sold here and got out at the right time,
