The staff was very polite,professional and courtesy.
Had an appointment for 4:00 & arrived at 3:45 on August 5, 2026. The sociable receptionist had me complete some basic bio info and at exactly 4:00 the audiologist had me in her office where we discussed my issues. I was promptly administered a speech reception and speech awareness exam as well as a hearing exam. All pain free and very professionally administered within an hour. Great service with my hearing problems. Would highly recommend them for anyone with a hearing problem. Have used other hearing services in past, but this one was the best by far.
Was worth the drive! Office was lovely, audiologist was kind and efficient. Process was easy.
