I had an appointment with Brooke. What a wonderful experience she was sooo gentle with my mouth. Very kind and caring, and patient with me while I asked all my questions. If every dentist cared as much as carlye dental does I don't think anybody would be scared to go to the dentist.
The Dental work is done well but the people you talk to on the phone are not very kind in conversation - won't even reciprocate a "have a good one" with a "you too" or anything so as soon as you're done booking just hang up because that's the amount of respect you'll be given. In-person they are slightly better actors. Dentists were nice and one of the women at the front was patient and kind but there seems to be a sour apple ruining the experience on the phone.
Nothing but an exceptional experience here!! Great staff and always feel welcomed! I’ve had troubles in the past with dentists, so I will continue to drive the extra hour to have a painless & enjoyable experience. Thank you!!
