3 stars only because of reception this morning. I had a miss communication with my appointment and called to double check everything and reschedule and the receptionist was so rude. She talked over me everytime I spoke, had a rude tone and wouldn't even let me finish answering questions she was asking me. I was already overwhelmed and trying to keep my cool while trying to handle a very extra 3y.o and she just topped my morning.
