The office staff and maintenance have worked hard to earn my review change from one to four stars. I was very unhappy with this community but 2 years and new management can make a difference. Thank you for turning my opinion around. Keep up the great work.
This 5 * review is solely for the Manager (Ana "Annie" :D )! I've lived in my townhome (almost) 2 years and she is the ONE Manager who truly cares about her tenants!! The new Maintenance crew (mainly the Supervisor) is outstanding. Although, living back by the freeway (I-10) wall may be a bit noisy for most; to me, it's actually relaxing & calming! (especially night times). However, there is extreme pot smoking going on (around my area, specifically); that comes in through my door/vents (YUK). Other than that - I've not had ... read more
Just recently moved into Carlyle Townhomes after selling my home. My interactions and experiences with the management team on site has been excellent. They are professional and friendly and have gone out of their way to answer and address all my questions and concerns. Thank you to the staff for a job well done!
WORST apartment ever. If you have issues with your neighbors the management will do absolutely nothing. They will call it “apartment living” even if someone is damaging your property. Noise complaints go unheard. If you want to move to a different apartment you’ll have to re apply to the apartment you already live at? Once you are in the don’t care at all. The manager always has a horrible attitude. STAY AWAY from this place if you have any brains.
