Carlyle apartments is an exceptional place to stay where they care for the tenants. I had the pleasure of meeting the building superintendent Lloyd who is wise at his craft. Response to maintenance has been very punctual.
Lived here back in 2018-2019 on the bottom floor in a studio Honestly, I had no real issues being here. No bugs. My dishwasher went out one time and they replaced it pretty quick, in a couple days. It was relatively quiet. I never did laundry in the basement since it was a little unkempt, but there was a laundry mat right down the block with all the other shops and restaurants a small skip away. I really liked it here, and I hope Lloyd is still doing well as well.
I moved here Aug 2022 just after new management took over. I’m very happy living here- rent is reasonable, the neighborhood is safe, and the unit is in great condition. Additionally, the building super, Lloyd, is incredibly friendly, understanding, and especially hardworking. It seems like this opinion is shared by most or all the tenants here. It has been a great time for me for 26 years. And having a good super like Lloyd.
My experience is always good with Carlyle. I never had any problems. Mr.Lloyd is amazing. When I tell you he is amazing, he is amazing. He is always around when you need help with something. He is very respectful and cares about all the tenants. When you need something fixed or has a problem, he does it in a timely manner. Couldn’t ask for a better landlord. The building is always cleaned and secured. I love it here
