Another day, another issue with the building. Downtown Vancouver, in one of the best cities in the world, yet the building management acts like problems aren’t their responsibility. We can’t even receive packages properly here. They block elevator access from the front door, forcing deliveries to go to the back, where most couriers understandably get confused. Beautiful location!!!
I've lived here for almost five years. The location is the best as you can walk everywhere in the best part of the city. The layout of the building is pretty good and my unit is comfortable.
I lived in this building for 3+ years. I don't recommend this building to anyone. Among several reasons (cars break-in in the private garage, theft of delivered packages, aggravated by the building manager's inaction...), the main reason being the building manager, Greg, being the most despicable person I have met in my life. If you are looking for peace and a place that you enjoy living in, this is not the place for you. You can get much better places for the same price.
Criminal activity, violent guests, people get beat up by residents. Avoid.
