Carly is dangerously undereducated and unfortunately can’t provide simple answers for questions that many bariatric patients ask post-surgery. For example, she was unable to interpret a simple CBC. She used my H/H being “in the green area” as a reason why I was not iron deficient yet did not understand the role of ferritin and the fact that my very low ferritin was compensating, thus artificially elevating my H/H to look “normal”.
