After being a patient of Dr. Carly Warren for years and taking prescribed controlled medication consistently for more than three years, I was abruptly dropped as a patient based on an accusation. After being a patient for years and taking prescribed controlled medication consistently for more than three years, I was suddenly dropped as a patient based on an accusation/concern without what I felt was a fair opportunity to explain the situation.
