We appreciate Carly so much for all of her guidance through a fairly complicated closing involving an estate! Carly is very knowledgeable and down to earth. Carly was a vital piece with the sale of our home. She went above and beyond to work with us in communicating with the buyer, negotiating with terms of the sale, assisting not only with the home sale but also with sales of equipment we had that the buyer was interested in.
